Incredible $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Represents a Online Gaming GM's Dream

Following a short availability back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle has returned with an encore available until Dec. 2. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by a specialized software company throughout their history, the complete package carries a value of more than thirteen hundred dollars. This package suits cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, more than two dozen aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, and more than 70 urban floorplans.

Mid-Range Option

The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars offers enhanced value through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, the first Annual volume, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from the company's ongoing subscription program which includes a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you display cities with an extra dimension with isometric views from all sides. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages suitable for novices and experts, full of tips and tutorials covering cartography techniques.

All 17 volumes of Cartographer's Annual come with this bundle, plus numerous additional tools and content enabling creators to craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on classic fantasy realm creation: battle maps, dungeons, urban centers, and land masses in multiple viewpoints. You can even design character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly an even better deal for map-making newbies considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to facilitate learning. The one caveat here though the purchase is available on any platform, the applications only function with Windows systems.

As with other Humble Bundles, part of every purchase supports charitable organizations. In this instance, that's Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally through education, health care, and emergency relief.
